Spring Week 1
The girls
Monday April 6th
Today we woke up at 8 a.m with the sun ! We dressed up and went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Margot ate one egg, a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice and a tea. Marie ate a bowl of cereal with milk, toast with nutella and a glass of orange juice and tea. After breakfast, we went to the stables to take care of the horses. We went out with the ponies : Rubix, Swing, Badger, Brooke, Buster and Jannie in the paddock. Furthermore, we had our horse riding lesson with Zulu for Margot and Shreck for Marie. We started for a small detente and one exercise. After the lesson, we brushed our ponies and washed their bodies. Moreover, we came back to the house for lunch. Margot ate a sandwich with chicken roti and salad without tomatoes, a glass of water, a packet of chips and a fruit and a brooni. Marie ate a sandwich with salad, tomatoes, ham and cheese. She drank a glass of water and the same as Margot. We ate outside on the table.
After lunch, at 13:30 p.m, we had an English lesson with Grace. We wrote a text in english and we did exercises for the words for the questions during 1:30.
Then, we went to the stable to help Grace for the lesson. Furthermore, we brushed horses and we put their blankets on them. To finish, we gave to eat to the horse and we came back home. Now, we are writing the blog and then, we are taking a shower and this evening, we will eat with family. It was a good sunny day !!!
Tuesday April 7th
Today we woke up at 8 a.m with always the sun ! We dressed up and went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Margot ate one egg, a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice and a tea. Marie ate a bowl of cereal with milk, toast with nutella and a glass of orange juice and tea. After breakfast, we went to the stables to take care of the horses. We went out with the ponies : Rubix, Swing, Badger, Brooke, Buster, Annie and Jannie in the paddock. Furthermore, we had our horse riding lesson with Archie for Margot and Rory for Marie. We started for a small detente with the reine right, right left and circle of twenty meters at trot, at walk and at kant and one exercise to lateral deplacements. After the lesson, we brushed our ponies and washed their bodies. Moreover, we came back to the house for lunch. Margot ate a sandwich with ham, cheese and salad without tomatoes, a glass of water, a packet of chips and an apple and a cake BN. Marie ate a sandwich with salad, tomatoes, ham and cheese. She drank a glass of water and the same as Margot. We ate outside on the table with Grace and Michelle.
After lunch, at 14:15 p.m, we had an English lesson with Grace. We were reading comprehension and listening comprehension with a exercice the grammar during 1:30.
After the english lesson, we went to the swimming pool with Grace in Thouet. The trajet was very good because we spoke with Grace about our life : travel, school, cars…
Furthermore, after the swimming pool, we came back to the house.
Now, we are writing the blog and then, we are taking a shower and this evening, we will eat with family. It was a new good sunny day !!! Thank you for Michelle for the lunch and Grace for the english lesson and horse riding lesson !!
Wednesday April 8th
Today we woke up at 8 a.m with again and it was always the sun ! We dressed up and went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Margot ate one egg, a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice and tea. Marie ate a bowl of cereal with milk, two toast with nutella and a glass of orange juice and tea. After breakfast, we went to the stables to take care of the horses. Today, there was the marechale ferran. We brushed the ponies : Swing, Badger, Brooke, Buster and Jannie in their box. Then, we saw the lesson given by Grace to people in the career. The second time, we again brushed different horses : Zulu, Annie, Shreck and Rory. Furthermore, we went to change our shoes and we had our horse riding lesson with Zulu for Margot and Rory for Marie. We started for a small detente with the reine right, right left and circle of twenty meters at trot, at walk and at kant and one exercise with bars on the ground. After the lesson, we brushed our ponies and washed their bodies.Then, we brushed the big horses : George, Albert and Rubix. We watched the marechale ferran with horses. It’s very interesting. Moreover, we came back to the house for lunch. Margot ate a sandwich with tuna and salad without tomatoes, a glass of water, a packet of chips and an apple and a cake BN. Marie ate a croque monsieur. She drank a glass of water and the same as Margot. We ate outside on the table next to Grace and Michelle.
After lunch, at 14:30 p.m, we painted and decorated the horse shoes and the cup until 17:45. Then, we had a shower and we went to the English lesson with Grace. We wrote the text on the day of all day and we again studied the reading comprehension during 1:30. After the english lesson, it’s now, we are writing the blog and then, we are eating with family. It was again a new good sunny day but Margot took the sun !!!
Thursday April 9th
Today we woke up at 7:30 a.m with the sun ! We dressed up and went to breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Margot ate one egg, a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice and tea. Marie ate a bowl of cereal with milk, two toast with nutella and a glass of orange juice and tea. After breakfast, we went at 8:45 a.m with a car to Saumur to see the show to Cadre Noir with Grace’s family. We arrived at 10:00 a.m and we saw the shop to buy the memory. Margot bought two cartes and one key holder. Marie bought only one carte. Then, we rejoined Grace and her family to watch the spectacle which started at 10:30 a.m. The representation was very amazing ! Margot preferred every part and Marie and Grace prefered the dressage part.
After the Cadre Noire, we came back at 13:30 p.m in the house for lunch. Margot ate a sandwich with tuna and salad without tomatoes, a glass of water, a packet of chips and an apple and a broony. Marie ate a croque monsieur. She drank a glass of water and the same as Margot. We ate outside on the table next to Grace and Michelle.
After lunch, at 14:00 p.m, we had a long break at sun to sunbathe.
Moreover, we went to the English lesson with Grace. We studied the reading comprehension during 1:30. We read a text and then we answered the question on the text. After the English lesson, we had a break again. And now, we are writing the blog and then, we are having a shower and we will eat with family this evening. It was a very good day with the representation ! Thank you Grace for taking us to the show !
Friday April 10th
For the last day, we woke up at 8 a.m. We dressed up and went to breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Margot ate one egg, a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice and a tea. Marie ate a bowl of cereal with milk, two toast with nutella and a glass of orange juice and tea. After breakfast, we went to the stables to take care of the horses. We brushed the ponies : Brooke, Badger, Archie, Albert and George. Furthermore, at 10:00, we went to Grace’s house for the English lesson. We did the reading comprehension during 1 hour. We read a text and then we answered the question on the text for Ed Sheeran and then, we listened to his music for the listening comprehension during 30 minutes. After the English lesson, we came back to the stable to look for Archie and Albert in the paddock.
Moreover, we came back to the house for lunch. Margot ate a sandwich with tuna and salad without tomatoes, a glass of water, a packet of chips and a fruit and a broony. Marie ate a sandwich with salad, tomatoes, ham and cheese. She drank a glass of water and the same as Margot. We ate outside on the table. After lunch, we had a break in the sun during one hour. Furthermore, we came back to the stable to look for Rubix, Swing, Zulu and George. Then, we brushed Rory, Shreck, Rubix, George and Zulu. After, we watched Grace’s lesson horses and we had our horse riding lesson with Zulu for Margot and Shreck for Marie. We started for a small detente and one exercise to jump. After the lesson, we brushed our ponies and washed their bodies. Then, we went to look for Jamie and Badger for a lesson with Grace’s family and we helped Grace for the lesson. Furthermore, we brushed horses and we put their blankets on them. To finish, we came our boots back to the house. Now, we are writing the blog and then, we are taking a shower and this evening, we will eat with family. We will have a barbecue. It’s very nice !!
